Emergency Service | $300
Book within 6 hours | Water leaks, clean up, tarping or temporary repairs -Does not cover live pest removal
Sheetrock Patch | $315
Sheetrock patch: removal and repair up to 9sqft only. Includes 2 trips for sanding and finishing. Customer must provide paint prior to sanding and finishing and is responsible for color matching.
Picture Hanging | $25*
Picture hanging up to 8ft, frames up to 24" X 36". Minimum of 3 per booking.
